Small bedroom with a simple table, light, bed, bookshelf and closet. Attached bathroom, shared kitchen. Wifi unlimited and included. Laundry room access available in the home.
Rental agreement length: Jan to June xxxx, contact will be renewed on annual basis after that
Transport: Bus access to UOttawa (approx. 40 mins) and Carleton U (approx. 20 mins) [111 across the street and 89 and 86 routes about 10 mins walk away]. Buses connect through Billings Bridge and direct bus to Baseline. Single bus access to downtown.
Groceries and amenities: In walking distance (eg. Farmer's Pick, Shopper's Drugmart, McD's, etc.). Shared kitchen access, fridge and utensils are provided, but you may bring your own and space will be provided.
Rental Pay: $550/month (with two month advance safety deposit at the time of signing of agreement- first and last month rent)
Home cleanliness: Cleaning supplies are provided endlessly in order to keep the rooms and home tidy and pest free. Vacuum machine is provided to keep the carpets clean. Broom and mop are also available.
House has AC and heating.
Upon agreement: Valid ID and proof of permission of legal stay is required for formal requirements.
*Drugs, smoking, alcohol and any form of intoxication are prohibited and will not be tolerated within the landlord's premises. Any disrespectful behaviour towards the landlord's terms and conditions will have serious action and will not be tolerated.*
