Anna offers spiritual direction from both a Jewish and an interfaith perspective. As a spiritual director, Anna serves as a guide, companion and witness, someone who helps you to cultivate your ability to discern the Presence of G!d in your life ? to notice and appreciate moments of holiness, to maintain an awareness of the Interconnectedness of all things, to explore ways to be open to the Blessed Holy One in challenging and difficult moments as well as joyful ones. Anna will help to integrate this awareness into your daily life. For Jewish clients this will include your tefillah, your tikkun olam work, your study and your ritual practice. For non-Jewish clients, this will include a mutual exploration of how you wish to integrate your awareness of the Divine into your daily life, potentially including prayer practices, meditation, movement, or other work. . For all clients, spiritual direction may be one component of your Integral Life Practice that we work on together.
